적 만들기 강경보수 도구인 검찰 장악을 두고 충돌했던 문재인 체제와 윤석열 전 검찰총장이 약탈민주주의 두고 레이건체제의 강경보수 쟁탈전을 시작했다.
윤 전 총장은 29일 대선출마 선언에서 “집권 연장으로 국민을 약탈하려 한다. 우리 헌법 근간인 자유민주주의에서 자유를 빼내려 한다”며 “상식을 무기로 무너진 자유민주주의와 법치, 시대와 세대 관통하는 공정의 가치를 다시 세우겠다. 정의가 무엇인지 고민하기 전에 누구나 정의로움이 일상에 느낄 수 있게 하겠다”고 자유 정의에 의한 강경보수 체제 탈환을 밝혔다.
문재인 체제는 트럼프 미국 제일주의의 세계 일극화 체제에서 군비증강을 주도하며 국내외 적만들기에 의한 강경보수를 지속했고, 국내 적만들기 도구인 검찰을 두고 윤 총장과 충돌했다.
미 공화당의 강경보수는 냉전을 이용한 1980년대 레이건 체제에서 언론조작을 이용한 적 만들기로 파나마 침공, 마약과의 전쟁 등으로 군비경쟁을 통한 체제압박과 부채경제로의 행정부 독주를 자유민주주의로 국제화했고 한국은 최대 수혜국이 됐다.
문재인 체제는 트럼프 공화당의 군비증강 최대화를 통한 국내 적만들기로 적폐청산과 국제에 반일 운동을 가동했고, 레이건체제의 부채경제 강화를 통한 의회 무력화와 연방정부의 행정독재를 모방해 정당 기능을 언론과 위장진보 시민단체로 대체했다.
윤 전 총장은 출마 선언에서 문재인 체제에 대해 “정권과 이해관계로 얽힌 소수의 이권 카르텔은 권력 사유화하고 책임 윤리 의식이 마비된 먹이사슬 구축하고 있다”고 집권당의 이권 카르텔을 ‘적’이라 밝히며, “열가지 중 아홉 가지 생각이 달라도 한가지 ‘정권교체'로 나라 정상화시키고 국민이 진짜 주인인 나라를 만들어야 한다는 생각을 같이 하는 모든 사람들이 힘을 합쳐야 한다”고 정당을 배제했다.
