[Weather] No severe cold spell but dusty in most parts

Rain or snow continues across many parts of the country today, though precipitation will be light. Snow is expected for the colder areas, with up to 5 centimeters of snow expected. Most of the rain and snow should taper off in the afternoon, but icy patches may remain on roads. Please take extra care. This morning was way warmer than usual; instead of the cold, air quality will be the main concern today.

-----------------

Yellow dust that originated yesterday will gradually move into the country, and some western regions could see the level reach very bad by tonight. And this afternoon, Seoul will get up to 8 degrees, Gwangju and Busan both topping out at 15 degrees Celsius under sunnier skies in southern regions. Meanwhile, dry weather alerts remain in place for the east coast. No severe cold is expected through Monday, then a wintry mix on the same day will bring an intense cold spell.
