신성한 놀이

수행을 무겁게 만드는 건

삶이 아니라, 에고의 갑옷.

금욕이라는 자물쇠를 채우고

고행이라는 계단을 오르며,

자유라는 명분으로

스스로 높이 오르려는 에고의 속임수.

이제 완전히 내려놓으리라.

수행은 벌이 아니라 놀이.

버리지 말고 정렬하라.

억제하지 말고 변환하라.

쫓아내지 말고 길을 내어주라.

성뇌여, 너는 욕망이 아니라 창조의 물결.

복뇌여, 너는 긴장이 아니라 리듬의 북.

심뇌여, 너는 상처가 아니라 공명의 불.

두뇌여, 너는 집착이 아니라 맑은 지도.

나는 영화의 주인공이자 관객,

대본을 모르지만 매 순간을 즐기는

긴장 속에서도 웃을 줄 아는

신성한 게임의 플레이어.

일상의 짜증도

실패의 낙담도

관계의 충돌도

스릴 넘치는 게임일 뿐.

나는 멀리서 진리를 찾지 않는다.

진리는 내 본성, 바로 여기 지금.

나는 기적을 찾지 않는다.

안정과 조화가 곧 깨달음의 향기.

4뇌를 조화시키며

삶을 즐기는 순간

I am

Sacred Play.

Life is neither penance nor a school.

Life is a holy game,

a prank the cosmos laughs through me,

Brahman’s Lila, a playground of creation.

What makes practice heavy

is not life, but the ego’s armor.

Locking myself with the padlock called abstinence,

climbing the stairs called austerity,

the ego’s trick—

rising higher under the banner of “freedom.”

Now I will lay it all down, completely.

Practice is not punishment, but play.

Do not discard—align.

Do not suppress—transmute.

Do not drive away—make a path and let it pass.

Sex-brain, you are not lust, but a wave of creation.

Gut-brain, you are not tension, but the drum of rhythm.

Mind-brain, you are not a wound, but the fire of resonance.

Head-brain, you are not obsession, but a clear map.

I am both the protagonist and the audience of the film,

not knowing the script, yet savoring every moment,

able to laugh even inside tension,

a player in a sacred game.

Even daily irritation,

even the slump of failure,

even collisions in relationships,

are only thrills in the game.

I do not search for truth far away.

Truth is my nature, right here, right now.

I do not chase miracles.

Stability and harmony are the fragrance of awakening.

As I harmonize the four brains,

the moment I enjoy life,

practice arises by itself.

Even the question “Who am I?”

is just one more delightful joke.

I am play itself,

the one who plays,

and the playground.
