The 2025 Mississippi Pickle Fest is set to take place on Saturday, June 7, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Sunday, June 8, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, at the Mississippi Agriculture & Forestry Museum located at 1150 Lakeland Drive in Jackson, MS . 
Tickets & Admission
• General Admission: $15 per person (ages 3 and up)
• MAFMF Members: $10 per person (ages 3 and up)
• Children under 3 enter free
• Tickets are valid for one day only and may sell out, so advance purchase is recommended . 
Festival Highlights
Voted the “Best Small Festival in Mississippi” in 2022, the Pickle Fest offers a variety of activities for all ages : 
• Live Music: Performances by local artists throughout the festival .
• Contests:
• Pickle Palooza Food Contest: Showcase your culinary creativity with pickle-themed dishes .
• Pickle Eating Contest: Compete to see who can eat the most pickles in a set time .
• Pickle a Pickle Contest: Demonstrate your pickling skills .
• Pickle Ball Exhibition: Friendly matches for both seasoned players and newcomers .
• Sweet Pickle Patch Kids’ Area: Pickle-themed arts and crafts, demonstrations, and more for children .
• Vendor Market: Over 50 vendors offering pickle-inspired foods, treats, and crafts .
• Educational Demos: Canning demonstrations and food preservation techniques presented by the MS State Extension Office .    
Special Event: Small Town Summer Soiree
Kick off the festival weekend with the “Small Town Summer Soiree” gala fundraiser on Friday, June 6, from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Tickets are $50 per person and are sold separately from Pickle Fest admission .
