Who is more important, CEO or his employees?

I think naturally, needless to say, a CEO is more important. Because a CEO is the founder of a company. In addition, founding a firm is very difficult. An entrepreneur has a responsibility for his company! Furthermore, a CEO has to earn money. It always puts psychological pressure on him. A CEO and his employees are greatly different from each other. On the other hand, the employees are important as well. Companies can't exist without their employees. Thanks to the employees, companies can grow up. However, there are differences of opinion between a CEO and his employees. Here is a thing that employees should not miscalculate about. To do his business, entrepreneurs should risk their lives! Their employees don't want to do so, though. There are no workers without companies. In conclusion, to do his business, a CEO should sacrifice himself, but his employees should do well under their company's umbrella!
