I always think whom you meet does matter. So, the person I meet determines my life itself. You have to have a keen sense of figuring out a person. To do that, you should meet a lot of people. When I was young, I met many people. Because of financial difficulties, I kept at work. So, I could meet a lot of people. Eventually, that helped me to have competitiveness. I think a wrenching ordeal makes people grow up! A company has two kinds of person. One works well, and the other one is good at making relationship smooth. A leader is able to observe the two very well. According to a best-selling book titled "Good to Great", when placing a person in a right position, one has to consider his disposition. I totally agree. In conclusion, if we want to seize an opportunity in life, we have to meet a good person!
