According to a news, "Yanolja" received 2 trillion from SoftBank, which surprised people. Why did Softbak do it? The reason for that is because "yanolja" is a tech-platform. This platform was founded in 2007. It have done a business as a tech-platform for the longest time. The platform has internalized IOT, AI, blockchain, Big Data and future technology so far. And then, not only travel consumers but also service providers will be likely to join this platform. So it has great potential now. In fact, travel is a new industry. It is not easy to innovate the industry by raising its value. However, "yanolja" has technology by which to raise consumer satisfaction and the productivity of service providers. For this reason, the platform could be invested by Softbank. Maybe, Softbank must have examined "sharing economy platforms", such as Airbnb or Uber. Probably, Softbank must have found out growth potential in yanolja that is the same with that of Airbnb. In conclusion, in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, tech-plaforms are creating wealth!
