이렇게 자세히 사용해 보면 생성형 인공지능이 드로잉이 가능한 디자이너를 대체하는 것이 아니라는 것을 알게 된다. 오히려 이런 이미지를 보고 생각을 확장하고 창의적 아이디어를 받아들여서 본인의 드로잉에 더 반영이 쉽다는 것이다. 즉, 1차 생산 도메인을 제외하고는 나머지는 다 없어진다. 기업에서도 인공지능 때문에 중간 관리자나 제대로 그림을 못 그리는, 아니 제대로 코딩을 못하는 개발자의 자리만 사라지는 것도 같은 맥락이다.
프롬프트 엔지니어링은 각 분야에서 필수다. 단, 개발자인 내가 재미로 캐릭터를 만들고 에이전틱 인공지능도 구현하고 있지만, 엔터프라이즈 단에서 이것을 쓸 일은 없었다. 이래저래 실험을 하고 있는 지금도 일 할 때 도움되지는 않는다. 다만, 공부해 나가는 재미가 있고, 진짜 그림을 그리는 사람에게 알려주는 역할로 끝이다. 그들이 결혼할지 말지는 그들만의 이야기인 것이고, 난 이어는 줬으니 잘되면 국수 한 그릇 얻어먹으면 그만이다. 그 국수는 좀 더 나은 그리고 내 스타일의 디자인이 내 주변에 많아지는 것이겠다. 아마 다음 달이나 다다음 달 즈음에는 올리겠지만 지브리가 위안부나 일제 강점기, 중국 침략등은 제대로 다룬 적이 없어 지브리 스타일로 혼자서 놀아 본 것들을 정리할 것이다. 물론, 다른 사람이 해 주면 더 좋다. 요즘엔 괜스레 논란의 중심에 있고 싶지는 않기에. 다른 사람이 또 없다면 어쩔 수 없이 해야 하는 것이고.
