ICON이 후원 및 참여하는 제1회 Blockchain Revolution Global(BRG) 컨퍼런스가 오는 4월 24-25일 양일간 캐나다 토론토에서 개최됩니다. ICON은 이번 행사의 플랫폼 스폰서로서, 주요 블록체인 및 엔터프라이즈 기업들과 함께 블록체인의 채택, 규제, 보안, 신원, 혁신 등에 대해 논의합니다. 글로벌 독립 블록체인 싱크탱크인 블록체인 연구소(Blockchain Research Institute, BRI)와 세계 최대 컨벤션 업체 MCI 그룹이 주관하는 본 행사는 메트로 토론토 컨벤션 센터(Metro Toronto Convention Centre)에서 개최되며, 1,000명 이상의 기업, 학계, 정부 관계자 및 블록체인 업계 전문가의 참석이 기대됩니다.
ICON팀에서는 Ricky Dodds 기관 투자 책임자가 패널 토론에 참여해 텐터민트(Tendermint) 공동 창립자 겸 CTO인 Ethan Buchman, 블로크(Bloq) 최고 의장이자 공동 창립자인 Matt Roszak와 함께 엔터프라이즈 플랫폼의 미래를 논의합니다. 또한 Ricky Dodds는 Min Kim ICON 재단이사와 함께 23일 진행되는 블록체인 연구소의 ‘All-member Summit’, 24일 진행되는 ‘Blockchain Enterprise Awards Gala’에도 참여할 예정입니다.
