반찬 만드는 날, 든든한 우리집 밑반찬 5가지



주말이면 자연스럽게 반찬통을 꺼내둡니다.
가족들이 한 주 동안 맛있고 든든하게 먹을 수 있도록 준비하는 ‘밑반찬 5가지’.
손이 많이 가는 듯하지만, 흐름대로 만들면

금세 완성되는 메뉴들이라

㉠ 압력솥에 물, 쇠고기, 청양초, 귤을 넣고 끓여준다.
Boil beef, hot chili, and tangerine in a pressure cooker.
㉡ 소리가 나면 중불로 낮춰 5분 더 끓인다.
Lower heat and cook 5 more minutes after the whistle.
㉢ 압이 빠지면 건더기와 육수를 분리한다.
Release pressure and separate broth and meat.
㉣ 육수 2컵, 간장, 메추리알을 넣고 졸인다.
Simmer broth, soy sauce, and quail eggs.
㉤ 쇠고기·고추는 먹기 좋게 썬다.
Slice beef and peppers.
㉥ 색이 들면 올리고당, 쇠고기, 고추를 넣는다.
Add syrup, beef, and peppers.
㉦ 1컵 정도 졸아들면 마무리한다.
Finish when reduced by about 1 cup.

㉧ 반찬통에 담는다.
Store in container.

㉠ 버섯·고추를 먹기 좋게 썬다.
Cut mushrooms and chili peppers.
㉡ 식용유+마늘 볶은 뒤 버섯·양파·육수 추가.
Stir-fry garlic, then add mushrooms, onion, and broth.
㉢ 굴소스로 간한다.
Season with oyster sauce.
㉣ 청양초 넣고 볶는다.
Add chili and stir-fry.
㉤ 부족하면 소금 추가 한다.
Add salt if needed.
㉥ 참기름·깨소금을 넣어준다.
Finish with sesame oil and seeds.
㉦ 반찬통에 담는다.

㉠ 궁채를 불린 뒤 살짝 삶는다.
Soak and briefly blanch.
㉡ 먹기좋게 썰어 육수+액젓으로 무친다.

㉢ 기름에 마늘 볶아준다.
Fry garlic.
㉣ 무쳐둔 궁채 넣고 볶아준다.
Stir-fry seasoned stem lettuce.
㉤ 참기름·깨소금을 넣어준다.
Finish with sesame oil & seeds.

㉥ 담아 완성한다.
Store in container.

㉠ 끓는 물에 삶는다. Boil spinach.
㉡ 먹기 좋게 썬다. Cut into pieces.
㉢ 양념과 무친다. Mix with seasoning.
㉣ 반찬통에 담기. Store.
