Get the big rocks done.

얼마 전 참석한 버츄얼 컨퍼런스 중, 여성 커리어에 관한 세미나에서 믿기지 않을 정도로 productive한 교수님이 남긴 말씀을 그대로 옮긴다. 여러 역할을 하느라 바쁜 여성들은 물론, 시간이 부족하다고 느끼는 남녀노소 누구에게나 도움이 되는 단순하고 선명한 조언.

One thought. make time for the big stuff.  It's easy to get pulled into email and doing lots of small things, feel productive, but at the end of the day not have the time to get to the bigger things.  relentlessly prioritize and make the time to get the big rocks done.
