리더는 목표와 전략을 잘 수립해야 합니다. 리더는 말도 잘해야 하고 듣기도 잘해야 합니다. 리더는 사람들의 잠재력을 끌어낼 수 있어야 합니다. 리더는 사람들에게 자극을 주고 힘도 실어줄 수 있어야 합니다. 리더는 답을 알려주기보다는 답을 찾는 길을 알려줄 수 있어야 합니다.

Leaders must do 5 things well.

Leaders must establish goals and strategies well. Leaders must speak well and listen well. Leaders must be able to unlock the potential of people. Leaders must be able to stimulate and empower people. Leaders should be able to point out the way to find answers, rather than giving them answers.
