“He is a police officer as well. Unlike me, he is a very competent man, a great police officer who everybody admires. If I am a penguin in the forest, he is a tiger in it, and he is where he naturally belongs. That job is exactly for him. It is a special agency that has a system which helps both artists and employees not only accomplish self-realization, but also to offers free time and financial independence. he said.
“Over the last 10 years, other agencies have come to admire my sister's motto in helping artists to develop their skillsets. That motto is to place passion over profits and to emphasize work-life balance and economic liberty, to give artists full control over their creative input. This motto has remained unchanged and continues to guide the company, even after it went coporate.
My sister has known that I suffered with feelings of inadequacy about my job for awhile. She always gave me advice, telling me to not give up what I love to do, to sketch the life that I want even though she herself might have suffered more than I had. Before the agency matured, she couldn’t make decent money, even to sustain her daily life.
As she didn’t have any regular income, had to work part-time in a factory, a café, a movie theater, etc., just to make ends meet. But no matter how bad her circumstances were, her purpose, which she drew out and dreamt about, was clear. My sister always behaved as if her dreams had already come true, and made efforts to plant a beautiful dream in me, who suffered far less difficult circumstances than herself.”
