AI, 로봇.
논쟁의 문제 아니다.
원칙부터 바로서야.
노동은 인간의 생존, 자아 실현, 가족 부양의 절대적 수단이자 가치이다.
노동 없이는 세대의 지속도 없다.
오늘날 AI, 로봇이 인간의 노동 즉 일자리를 빼앗기 시작했다.
인간 노동의 보조가 아니라 인간 자체를 대체하고 있는 것이다.
국가가 국민의 노동을 빼앗는다면 가만 있을 국민은 없을 것이다.
사회, 기업이 국민의 노동을 빼앗는다면 가만 있을 국민은 없을 것이다.
생존이 걸렸기 때문이다. 자손이 끊기기 때문이다.
이것은 개인의 문제인가, 사회, 기업의 문제인가, 국가의 문제인가.
국가가 국민을 위해 존재한다면 국가의 잘못이다.
세대가 끊기면 국가의 존립도 성립하지 않는다.
헌법이 근로권을 보장하기에,
AI, 로봇이 그 권리를 파괴하도록 방치해서는 안 된다.
노동은 법 이전에 천부의 권리이다.

제32조 제1항
모든 국민은 근로의 권리를 가진다. 국가는 사회적, 경제적 방법으로 근로자의 고용 증진과 적정임금의 보장에 노력하여야 하며, 법률이 정하는 바에 의하여 최저 임금제를 시행하여야 한다.

제32조 제1항
모든 국민은 노동의 권리를 가진다. 국가는 국민의 노동권을 보장할 의무가 있다.

국가는 사회적, 경제적 방법으로 근로자의 고용 증진과 적정임금의 보장에 노력하여야 하며, 법률이 정하는 바에 의하여 최저 임금제를 시행하여야 한다.

출생과 출생의 연속성이 보장된 사회에서 AI의 발전과 철학 (행복)의 조화에 의해 이루어진 사회
AI 기본사회 = 출생의 연속성 + 행복을 보조하는 AI 발전
출생을 침해하는 AI는 발전이 아니라 반문명이다.
Labor is the absolute means and value of human survival, self-realization, and the support of family.
Without labor, the continuity of generations cannot exist.
Today, AI and robots have begun to take away human labor — that is, human jobs.
They are no longer merely assisting human labor;
they are replacing human beings themselves.
If the state were to take away the labor of its citizens, the people would not remain silent.
If society or corporations were to take away the labor of the people, they would not remain silent either.
Because survival is at stake.
Because the continuation of their descendants is at stake.
Is this a problem of the individual?
Or of society and corporations?
Or of the state?
If the state exists for the people, then it is the responsibility of the state.
If generations cease, the state itself cannot continue to exist.
The constitution guarantees the right to work.
Therefore, the state must not allow AI and robots to destroy that right.

A society where birth and the continuity of birth are guaranteed,
and where AI development is harmonized with philosophy (happiness).
AI Basic Society
= Continuity of birth + AI development that supports happiness
AI that undermines birth is not progress.
It is anti-civilization.
