Potsdam cancelled due to S’s last-minute afternoon shift. His manager is firing at his leisure at least once every week and soon there will be no one left. So instead a relaxed morning with some vanilla milk and a couple of episodes of Cabinet of Curiosities.
Found Kevin Young’s Stones in Shakespeare & Sons and started reading. Simple words that linger, sometimes odd choices which make it doubly enjoyable. Reminded me of Twombly’s paintings (the large ones with greek motifs) or E. E. Cummings. The park (more like a garden actually) was almost empty except for the lady on the other side with two Border Collies, running and running and running around.
