백신접종 사전준비 외면, 해외접종 관찰후 구매 대체

백신 접종의 위험에 대비한 ‘자국민 임상’과 ‘임상자료 사전확보 분석’은 외면하고 해외 접종 관찰로 한국인의 백신 접종에 사전 준비를 대체했다.

손 반장은 ‘내년 1분기 아스트라제네카 백신 150만도스(75만명분) 도입’ 보도에 대해 “아스트라제네카는 정부가 발표한 것처럼 2~3월부터 들어오도록 돼 있으며 물량에 대해서는 비밀유지조항 때문에 밝혀드릴 수 없다”고 밝혀, 초기도입에 한국이 소량 감수를 시사했다.
