비정규직이 38%, 여성 60대 집중 임금 절반 양극화

재정 지원 고용이 여성과 60대에서 비정규직을 양산하며 임금은 정규직 절반의 양극화 고용 구조가 나타났다.

8월 고용 통계는 60세 이상 비정규직이 전년대비 27만명 늘고, 여성 비정규직은 40만명 증가해 449만1천명으로 남성 비정규직 증가폭(24만1천명)의 1.6배가 됐다.

코로나에서 용역인 ‘비전형 근로자’가 전년동월대비 9.9%(20만5천명) 증가 227만8천명으로 비정규직 806만6천명의 30%에 육박했다.

배달 플랫폼의 ‘특수형태 근로자’가 최고 증가율을 보이며 12.5%(6만2000명) 증가해 56만명이 됐다.

통계청이 26일 공개한 8월 자료는 정규직 임금이 전년대비 10만2천원 상승해 월 333만6천이고 비정규직 수입은 5만8천원 증가 176만9천원으로 절반 수준이다.

8월의 전체 임금근로자(2099만2천명)은 정규직이 전년대비 9만4천명 감소 1292만7천명이고 비정규직은 64만명 증가 806만6천명으로 38.4%를 차지했다.

문재인 대통령은 25일 국회 시정연설에서 “주요 선진국 중 코로나 위기 이전 수준을 가장 빨리 회복했고 가장 회복이 늦은 고용에서도 지난달, 위기 이전 수준의 99.8%까지 회복됐다”고 말했다.

비정규직의 집중 양산은 정부 지원의 보건사회복지서비스업이 22만천명 증가하고 교육서비스업 8만5천명, 시설관리·임대서비스업 6만6천명 증가이다.

비정규직은 60세 이상이 29.8%로 1위이고 50대 20.7%, 40대 17.6%로 고령자에 70%가 집중됐다. kimjc00@hanmail.net
