중앙선관위 규칙 헌법 위반 문재인체제 ‘위장진보 공조'

중앙선관위가 코로나 확진자 직접 투표 배제에 대해 “지난 총선과 재·보궐선거 때도 투표 사무원이 ‘대리 투입’을 했다”며 “공직선거관리규칙에 ‘이동 약자를 위해 필요한 조치를 하라’ 조항 근거로 장애인 위한 대리 투입 지침을 만들었고 이를 확진자 사전투표에도 적용한 것”이라 7일 밝혀, 규칙으로 헌법의 선거권을 배제했다.
