윤석열 당선자의 김은혜 대변인이 ‘청와대이전 취지만 브리핑’으로 장소 취재를 배제했고, 동아일보는 ‘윤핵관 국방부 이전 유력’으로 앞서 보도했다.

김 대변인은 17일 브리핑에서 "청와대를 왜 나와야 하는가 하는 부분에 대해 장소보다는 취지를 좀 더 설명드리는 게 낫지 않을까 생각된다. 당선인을 포함해 최종적으로 결론이 난 상황은 아니다"며 취재 대상인 ‘이전TF’와 ‘장소’를 취재에서 배제했다.

윤 당선자는 14일 청와대개혁TF 팀장에 윤한홍 의원을 임명했고, 윤 팀장은 15일 오후에 국방부 방문 현지실측을 했고, 뉴스1은 이날 12시 직후 윤 의원 멘트로 "정부서울청사는 대통령 집무실 후보지에서 최종 배제됐다"며 "국방부의 경우 여유 공간이 많기 때문에 리모델링만 하면 바로 사용할 수준이 된다"고 말해 ‘실측이전 국방부 내정’을 특정 언론에 제공했다.
동아일보는 17일 새벽 <윤 당선인 측 핵심 관계자는 이날 “3곳의 이전 후보지 가운데 국방부 신청사로 대통령 집무실을 옮기는 방안을 유력하게 검토하고 있다”고 말했다>며 <윤 당선인 측 핵심 관계자는 “용산공원이 완성되면 당선인이 공원에서 국민과 바로 만나고 소통할 수 있다”>고 보도해 ‘윤핵관에 의한 내정’을 확인했다.
