윤석열 대통령이 ‘북한주민에 의약품 지원’을 밝힌 반면 김정은 북한 국무위원장은 ‘보건안보 노동당 주도’로 중국 공산당 방역 방식을 밝혀 남북간 방역 교류가 대치했다.
