한미 공동기업으로 미국의 안보기술 지원으로 성장한 한국 재벌의 삼성과 현대가 선두에 나섰다.

윤 대통령은 냉전체제의 자유주의 복원과 확산을 통치 이념으로 제시해 기업의 정치적 자결권보다는 미국의존 전략을 강화해, 한미FTA로 한국 농어촌과 노조가 정치적자결권을 상실하고 세금과 보조금 의존 정책을 도입한 한덕수 총리로 정치적 자결권 파기를 선택했다.
바이든 행정부는 윤석열 정부의 의회 소수당 한계에서 다수당인 전임 문재인 체제 공략용으로 트럼프-문재인 밀거래에 의한 북미정상회담 CIA프로젝트 정보를 지원한 것으로 보인다.
미국에서 소수당 공화당의 의회 공략 전략을 40년전 레이건체제로 성사시켰던 해리티지재단 회장이 방한해 윤 대통령과 '긴밀한 대화'를 나눴다.
