미국과 러시아의 뉴스타트 조약에 의한 핵무기통제 회담이 재개됨에 따라 북한이 ‘전력 최대화’를 보인다.

미 국무부는 미러간 뉴스타트의 핵무기 현장사찰 재개를 위한 양자 협의위원회 재개를 8일 밝혔다.

북한과 러시아의 화물 열차 재개에 대해 “두만강 이남 북한 측 화물처리구역 선로를 촬영한 8일 자 ‘플래닛 랩스(Planet Labs)’의 위성사진에 길이 약 120m의 열차가 보인다”고 VOA가 9일 보도했다.
