처음이라는 단어는 언제나 조금 떨리고, 또 설레는 것 같아요.
Doggy’s Hamilton의 첫 번째 이야기를 이렇게 브런치를 통해 세상에 건네게 되어, 진심으로 기쁘고 감사합니다.

이 작은 매거진은 캐나다 해밀턴에서 시작됐습니다.
비 오는 거리, 반짝이는 털을 가진 강아지들, 그리고 그들과 함께하는 하루하루가 우리에겐 가장 빛나는 영감이었어요.

우리는 Pawrent 팀입니다.
사랑스러운 친구들과의 일상을 가장 아름답게 기록하고 싶었던 사람들.
가끔은 사진가로, 때로는 산책 친구로, 그리고 오늘은 이 작은 책을 만드는 편집자로요.

부족한 점도 많고 아직 서툴지만,
진심을 담아 만들었기에 누군가에게는 따뜻한 하루의 쉼표가 되었으면 해요.

지금 이 글을 읽고 계신 분께도, 진심으로 감사드립니다.
이 첫 발걸음이, 더 따뜻하고 멋진 이야기로 이어지길 바라며
앞으로도 천천히, 묵묵히, 그리고 꾸준히 걸어가겠습니다.

Introducing Doggy’s Hamilton – Our Very First Issue

There’s something beautifully nervous about doing something for the first time.
And today, we’re filled with joy and gratitude as we share the very first issue of Doggy’s Hamilton with the world—right here on Brunch.

This little magazine began in Hamilton, Canada.
Rainy sidewalks, glistening coats, and the quiet companionship of dogs on sleepy afternoons—they were our first inspiration.

We are the Pawrent Team.
Sometimes photographers, sometimes just walking buddies… but always storytellers at heart.
We wanted to capture those warm, fleeting moments with our beloved companions and offer them back to the world.

We know it’s not perfect—just like any honest beginning.
But it’s made with love. And maybe, just maybe, it’ll bring a moment of calm and comfort to someone’s day.
