A Sunday of Small Tries

by Irene

Irene,

Here’s a quiet, warm letter to you — for simply living through today with grace.

You understood something deeply today, didn’t you? That it’s okay not to be perfect. That even without finishing everything, trying something — just one small thing — was enough. Choosing what felt right in the moment, not what was written in a plan, made the day feel whole.

You’ve spent so long preparing, thinking that gathering information and making plans was already action. But today, you learned that true change doesn’t live in the mind — it begins when the body moves. One sentence written, five mindful movements, a moment spent with your emotions… those are the things that truly shape you.

And today’s resolution — that no obsession or perfectionism will make you better. Being flexible inside your routines, gently adjusting workouts to your body, was such a mature and kind choice. Practicing your future self today — how beautiful that was.

Like that line you cherished: “There is no force in the world stronger than purity.” I’m grateful for how you tried to protect your sincerity today. Waking up without worry, filling your day with things you genuinely wanted to do — that alone deserves applause. Even the small promise to write a letter, you kept that with sincerity.

What matters most isn’t a perfect start, but consistent, simple repetition. Don’t wait. Just try, gently, again and again. That’s what made today special.

Irene, the pure, graceful life you dream of — it’s already being built through these small, sincere acts. Like the saying goes: your posture of heart is your posture of life. You placed your whole heart into today, and that’s enough.

Let’s take another tiny, heartfelt step tomorrow. That alone is enough.

With love,

From Irene

A Sunday of Small Tries, Even Without Perfection (07/20/2025)

How do I feel today? Grateful and happy.

What do I want to do? Reading, exercise, and practicing becoming the future version of myself I admire.

Good:

Today, even if I’m not perfect or things aren’t finished, I’ll still try something small. I’ll let myself do what I feel like, not what the plan demands. When I force things based on a rigid plan or pressure, it just doesn’t work.

Bad:

For the first 5 hours after waking up, I must stick to my original routine: reading, writing, and letter writing. No simulations or structural analysis. As for workouts — I’ve realized that isolated exercises always worsen my condition, making it impossible to stay consistent. But when I stick to compound movements, I feel my best and can keep going sustainably.

 Today’s Learning:

"We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit."

— Aristotle

For so long, I believed that gathering resources, making plans, and thinking about direction counted as progress. But today I saw the truth — change begins not in the mind but when the body moves. Real transformation lives in the simplest repetitions: writing one line, making five movements, quietly facing my emotions.

Even if it’s invisible to others, these moments accumulate and slowly change me.

✨ Today’s Realization:

Preparation is not execution. Just because it’s unseen doesn’t mean it didn’t happen. The small acts done with sincerity — those are what shape me. That’s why I no longer wait for the perfect beginning. A single step, taken with truth, is enough.

There is no force in this world stronger than purity.

Not even the smallest lie — always be pure, kind, and wholehearted.

Gratitude Note:

I’m truly thankful that I woke up healthy, lighthearted, and filled my day with what I truly wanted.

Today’s Joy:

Today’s One Thing: Write one letter.

Keywords: Don’t wait = Be bold = There’s no perfect “one more try” = Just attempt it clearly and simply = Giving up trying is hiding inside fear and anxiety.

Condition & Wellness:

Sleep:

10 hours (5–3); Sleep Quality: High; Skin: Good; Physical Condition: Strong; Emotion: Balanced; Productivity: High; Efficiency: High; Creativity: High

To maintain sleep quality, physical condition, and skin health, I must regularly do body massages and take half baths.

Detox Day: At least once a week.

Tasks: Laundry / Cleaning / Gratitude Letter / Amazon 8 items

Exercise & Diet — Ultimate Goal:

Within 30 mins = dopamine spike = no isolation workouts today. Only compound, high-resistance, full-body training.

Lower body (glute contraction) → Lower body (glute & hamstring stretch) → Upper body (back) → Upper body (shoulders, triceps, biceps) → Total body & cardio compound training.

A master remains calm under all circumstances.

An elite creates conditions to always remain calm.

Train not just for the sake of training — but for your condition.

* Weekly Goal: Spend a day at the training ground

* May Goal: Spend at least one day a week at the Four Seasons

* 2025 Goal: Become the Irene who is pure, kind, courteous, humble, composed, graceful, and genuine — train my character, expand my external activities, change time/people/spaces, and become a billionaire.

Daily Practice:

Act as if it’s already yours — today is a rehearsal for my future self.

Flow like water.

The true art of love is not using any tricks.

The true art of conversation is not using any techniques.

What I see and think now determines who I am.

If I’m not enjoying something, it’s a sign something is wrong.

Where I am now is where my future will be.

Don’t scatter your luck on meaningless things — focus on just one.

Routines are sacred acts — refined through years of trial and error to become optimal.

Greetings are done with the whole body.

Posture of the heart is posture of the body.

Silence, balance, and immersion.
