Irene,
Today is a Monday that feels like the beginning of a new chapter. Even the morning air seemed different somehow. I'm deeply grateful just for the fact that I was able to start the day in a calm and stable state. I was reminded once again how important emotional balance is. I realized that the emotional instability I had been feeling lately came from doing structural analysis too early in the morning routine. But today, by changing that order and reclaiming control, I was able to remain in peace. Please remember this version of me.
The desire to read, move your body, and practice being the version of yourself you admire in the future — it’s so lovely. That purity in your commitment to live this day sincerely will make you even stronger, Irene.
And the words you revisited today: "Happiness appears when we focus on what we can control and release what we cannot." You repeated that to yourself. Letting go is a courageous act. You’ve spent so long trying to control everything — but now, you're learning that peace begins when you focus only on what is truly yours to hold.
Irene, today you lived sincerely, without even the smallest lie. That kind of life is rare and precious. Don’t forget that purity is the strongest force in the world. Keep loving this honest version of you.
Even amid the flow of feelings, you still chose your One Thing: to write a letter. Sitting down with yourself in this way — this conversation — is what makes you more you, every day.
Your sleep, your skin, your condition — all excellent today. You know how well you’re managing, don’t you? The massages, the detox rituals, the warm baths — each one is a sacred routine preparing your future. Never dismiss them. Keep going.
Today, you chose movement not for movement's sake, but to protect your emotional state. You stayed away from isolation and filled your body with compound, connected actions. That’s such a wise and powerful decision.
Let’s keep the promise to spend one day at the training center this week. And don’t forget the day at the Four Seasons this month — it’s a gift from you to yourself.
The you of 2025 is growing into someone more sincere, more kind, more composed, and dignified. Your honesty, your humility — they will become warmth that touches others.
"Act as if it’s already yours." That quote filled today as well. Like flowing water, without forcing anything, with pure intention.
Irene, the version of you in this moment is doing more than enough.
Your sincerity will, one day, always return as something even greater.
Thank you for showing up today.
With love,
From Me
A Monday to Begin a New Chapter (07/21/2025)
How do you feel today? Calm and stable.
What do you want to do today? Reading, working out, and practicing becoming the version of myself I admire in the future.
Good:
Lately, I’ve been feeling emotionally unstable, and I realized it was because I was doing structural analysis before completing my morning routine. Today, I was able to fully control that and maintain emotional calm and stability.
Bad:
Absolutely no isolated exercises until the end of this month.
 Today’s Learning:
“Happiness appears when we focus on what we can control and release what we cannot.” — Epictetus
The Stoic philosopher Epictetus believed that true peace comes not from trying to control external situations, but from focusing on our internal attitude and choices. This reflects the mindset of "entrusting life to life" that I’m practicing.
✨ Today’s Insight:
I'm reflecting on my habit of trying to control everything. In truth, what I need more is the courage to let go. Clearly distinguishing what I can and cannot control—and committing to my responsibilities while releasing attachment to outcomes—has lightened my heart.
There is no force in this world stronger than purity.
No matter how small, never tell a lie.
Always stay pure, kind, and wholehearted.
Gratitude Note:
I am truly grateful that I could start today without worries, feeling healthy and refreshed, and live a day filled with the things I love.
Today’s Joy:
Today’s One Thing: Writing a letter
Keywords: Things we can somewhat control / Things we can completely control / Things we cannot control at all = Some things depend on us, and others do not.
Condition & Physical Care:
Sleep:
10 hours (5-3)
Sleep Quality (Good) Skin (Good) Energy (Good) Emotions (Good) Productivity (Good) Efficiency (Good) Creativity (Good)
To maintain quality sleep, condition, and skin:
* Keep up regular body massages and half-baths
* Maintain at least one detox day per week
Support Tasks: Gratitude notes / Cleaning / Laundry / Assignments / Resonance letter / Supplements
Exercise & Nutrition:
Ultimate goal: Within 30 minutes = dopamine spike = Absolutely no isolated training today.
Focus on compound, heavy-weight, cardio + muscle movement:
Lower body (hip contraction) → Lower body (hip & hamstring relaxation) → Upper body (back) → Upper body (shoulders, triceps, biceps) → Full-body compound & cardio
An expert remains calm in any situation,
An elite creates an environment where calm is always possible.
Exercise not just for exercise, but for overall condition.

* This week’s goal: Spend a full day at the training center
* July goal: Spend at least one day at the Four Seasons
* 2025 goal: Train myself to become Irene — a soul that is pure, kind, respectful, humble, calm, and full of sincerity and grace / Increase outside activities / Change time, people, and spaces / Become a billionaire
Practice:
Act as if it’s already achieved — Today is time to rehearse my future self.
Flow like water.
The art of true love is not to use techniques.
The art of true conversation is to avoid techniques.
What I see and think now determines who I am in this moment.
If I can’t enjoy it, it’s a sign something is wrong.
Where I am now is where my future is.
Don’t scatter my luck by wasting time on unnecessary things. Focus on one.
Routine is a sacred act of refining simplicity through past trial and error.
Greet with your whole body.
Posture of mind is posture of body.
Silence. Moderation. Immersion.
