Chilling Day

I have been having incredibly productive days


during my vacation.


I've been meaning to brush up on my yoga skills for a while,


as I've been a bit out of practice.


So, I decided to make the most of it by signing up for


a week-long trial yoga class.


Every day, I attended a yoga session,


but today I chose to skip it.


I was eager to work out, but my body wasn't quite


on the same page as my mind.


It's okay, though,


because I've already taken two classes in a day,


so technically, I haven't missed any sessions


that I paid for.


Additionally,


I can feel my body signaling


that it's time for a break,


especially


with my muscles feeling tense


after the workouts.
