The last work week of November starts with much warmer air across much of Korea. But rain early this week will bring temperatures to the more seasonal side. Until the afternoon, central regions will see light rainfall below 5 millimeters, there'll be around 1 millimeter for Chungcheong-do provinces. However, nationwide rain is expected for tomorrow which should help to ease the dryness on the east coast.

And this afternoon Seoul gets up to 17 degrees, Daegu tops out at 18 degrees. Busan and Jeju at 20 degrees Celsius. Meanwhile, most of the central region will be dealing with unhealthy fine dust levels for most of the day, and the air quality will worsen for the south later in the day. After the rain moves away many places will drop below freezing again on Wednesday. And on Thursday, launch day for the Nuri rocket, rain is in the forecast nationwide, though there might be some changes to that outlook.
