Tomorrow morning, Seoul drops to minus 8 degrees, and even daytime highs stay below freezing at minus 1. That means an all-day deep freeze tomorrow. Thursday morning dips again to around minus 8, so make sure you layer up warmly. We also have snow on the way. Starting tonight, Chungcheongnam-do, and Jeollabuk-do provinces, and Jeju will see rain or snow, continuing into Thursday.
