Heavy traffic across South Korea on last day of Chuseok holiday
Today is the last day of this year's long Chuseok holiday here in South Korea, and there is heavy traffic nationwide as millions make their way back home. According to the Korea Expressway Corporation, as of 9AM, the drive from the southeastern city of Busan to Seoul is expected to take around 6 hours and 40 minutes. Traffic congestion is forecast to be heaviest between 4 and 5 PM before gradually easing after 10PM. The Yeongdong expressway and the Seohaean expressway are expected to see the most severe congestion.
