영원부터 영원까지 주는 하나님이시니이다

시편90편:1-6
주여 주는 대대에 우리의 거처가 되셨나이다
산이 생기기 전, 땅과 세계도 주께서 조성하시기 전 곧 영원부터 영원까지 주는 하나님이시니이다
주께서 사람을 티끌로 돌아가게 하시고 말씀하시기를 너희 인생들은 돌아가라 하셨사오니
주의 목전에는 천 년이 지나간 어제 같으며 밤의 한 순간 같을 뿐임이니이다
주께서 그들을 홍수처럼 쓸어가시나이다
그들은 잠깐 자는 것 같으며 아침에 돋는 풀 같으니이다
풀은 아침에 꽃이 피어 자라다가 저녁에는 시들어 마르나이다
Lord, thou hast been our dwelling place in all generations.
Befors the mountains were brought forth, or ever thou hadst formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, thou art God.
Thou turnest man to destruction; and sayest, Return, you children of men.
For a thousand years in thy sight are but as yesterday when it is past, and as a watch in the night.
Thou carriest them away as with a flood; they are as a sleep:in the morning they are like grass which groweth up.
In the morning it flourisheth, and groweth; in the evening it is cut down, and withereth.
모세의 기도(1)
광야에 서서 여호와 하나님께서 만드신 세상을 둘러보며 묵상하는 모세를 상상해본다.
자신이 걸어온 길이 사람들이 걸어온 길이 얼마나 악하고 불순종하였는지.
애굽을 떠나 홍해를 건너 광야에 들어오기까지 모세가 보았던 하나님의 구원의 역사
그리고 사람들의 악함과 거역함과 불순종.
영원부터 계시는 하나님께서 그의 백성들을 위해 펼치신 구원의 역사를 볼 때,
하나님께서는 육체뿐인 인간에게 “너희는 티끌이니 티끌로 돌아가라” (창세기3장19절)고 명령하시는 것이 어떤 의미인지 모세는 광야에 서서 뼈져리게 느끼는 것이다.
광야에서 시간은 참으로 더디고, 끝나지 않을 것 같은 시간이었겠지만,
시간의 주관자이신 하나님앞에 시간은 천년이 지나간 어제 같고, 밤의 한 순간 같은 뿐임을.
인간의 지혜로는 알 수 없는 절대자, 지존자, 영원부터 계신 하나님
그분앞에 우리는 티끌일뿐임을.
우리는 잠깐 자는 것 같고, 아침에 돋는 풀 같음을.
풀은 아침에 꽃이 피어 자라다가 저녁에는 시들어 마르는 존재임을.
우리는 우리의 인생을 연수를 알 수 못한 채 살아가면서도 모든 세상만물의 창조주이시며, 주관자이신 하나님을 잊고 산다는 것이 얼마나 큰 어리석임이며. 무지함인지.
한낱 티끌이며, 아침에 피고 저녁에 마르는 풀임을 알지 못하는 인생이여
모세는 광야에 서서 하나님과 나의 존재를 깨닫는 것이다.
창조주앞에 서있는 티끌같은 인생을.
Moses' prayer(1)
Imagine Moses standing in the wilderness looking around and meditating on the world Jehovah God has made.
How evil and disobedient the path he walked was and the path people walked.
God's work of salvation that Moses saw until he left Egypt, crossed the Red Sea, and entered the wilderness, and the wickedness, and disobedience of people.
When we look at the work of salvation that God, who exists from eternity, has unfolded for His people,
Standing in the wilderness, Moses keenly felt what it meant when God commanded human beings, “you are dust, return to dust” (Genesis 3:19).
In the wilderness, time was very slow, and it must have seemed like it would never end,
Before God, who is the ruler of time, time is like yesterday after a thousand years have passed, and it is only like a moment in the night.
The Absolute, the Most High, the God who exists from eternity, unknown to human wisdom.
Before him, we are but dust.
We seem to sleep for a while, and we are like grass that sprouts in the morning.
Grass blooms in the morning and withers in the evening.
What a great foolishness it is to forget God, the Creator and Ruler of all things in the world, while living our lives without knowing the number of years. Is it ignorance?
A life that does not know that it is a speck of dust, a grass that blooms in the morning and dries up in the evening.
Moses stands in the wilderness and realizes the existence of God and me.
A life like dust standing in front of the Creator.
