Take a cable car ride to the top
One of the main activities that can be done in Busan is in the Songdo area. Just a small 10-min bus ride from Nampo-dong you will reach Songdo which is south of Busan. One of the main attractions is taking the cable car better known as the Busan Air Cruise to the Songdo Sky Park. It takes about 15 to 20 minutes for a single ride and once you have reached the Sky Park there are various things that can be done at the top. From Nampo Station you can take the bus 7, 26, 30, and 96, to 안남동주민센터 | Annam-dong Community Service Center. After arriving it is a 10-minute walk toward the platform.
Inside you can buy a ticket at one of the kiosks or at the desk.
Price list of Busan Air CruiseAfter purchasing your ticket you can head over to the fourth floor where your ticket will get scanned and board your cabin. Depending on how busy it is you might get your own cabin or share it with others. The Crystal Cruise has a bigger queue as it seems more popular to see the sea underneath you. Before boarding, you will receive a magnet in the shape of a bird which is also the logo of Busan Air Cruise.
The cable car ride gives you the chance to see the scenic view of the south of Busan and you can see the Songdo Sky Walk. After reaching the top, you are at Songdo Sky Park. The first thing you will notice is the number of food options that are available there. Once walking out you will see an artwork in the shape of a dragon.
Once in a while, it will spew out some water. You can write down your wishes on a 'scale' and hang it on the artwork in order to hope that your wish will be fulfilled. Additionally, there is also Dino Adventure where they have placed moving dinosaurs for you to see.
Walking a bit further will bring you to a trail through the forest. There are also many other activities at the Sky Park to do. After coming back down from the cable card there is the Songdo Sky Walk. A bridge where you can enjoy the view of the sea.
