한국의 Programming Bootcamp - Code/States

이제 결혼 3년차가 되는 나에게, 매달 25일이면 제법 큰 돈을 입금해주는 회사를 나온다는 것은 쉬운 일이 아니었다. 나뿐만 아니라 아내에게도 쉬운 결정은 아니었다. 개발자로 커리어를 변경하겠다는 그 불확실한 미래를 위해, 잠시나마(언제까지일지는 모르지만) 돈을 벌지 못하는 가장이 된다는 것, Code/States가 아니었다면 하지 못할 결정이었다.

한국의 Programming Bootcamp - Code/States

미국, 유럽 등에서는 한창 유행하고 있는 Programming Boot Camp. 특히 미국에서 유명한 Hackreactor는 12주의 교육을 마친 졸업생의 99%가 3개월 내에 취업을 하고, 졸업생의 평균 연봉이 $105k, 우리나라 돈으로 약 1.2억원이 된다고 한다. 요즘말로 깜.놀(깜짝놀랄만한 일) 이다. 이런 부트캠프를 통해 많은 사람들이 개발자로 새로운 인생을 살고 있다.

대학에서의 전공과정과 컴퓨터 학원의 커리큘럼 외에는 개발자가 되기 위한 교육을 받기 어려운 우리나라에, 실리콘밸리와 스타트업들이 선호하는 Programing Boot Camp의 커리큘럼과 교육방식을 적용한 Code/States 가 탄생되었다. 그리고 2016년1월 Pre-course 1기를 시작으로, 2016년 4월부터 Immersive 1기도 시작되었다.

Week 8 – Thesis Project Kickoff / Thesis Sprint 1, Thesis Sprint 2, Thesis Sprint 3  

Week 9 – Thesis Sprint 4, Thesis Sprint 5, Thesis Sprint 6
