We think innovation should be encouraged in two areas.
1. The way of writing
Writing tools have been developed, from paper and pencil to writing programs and keyboards. The way of writing, however, has been barely enhanced since letters were created. The only thing we can do for better writing is educate people with a writing book and write over and over again.
2. The way of delivering information
The information and communication revolutions have already started, but we believe the information revolution is yet to come. We are living in a world where any information can be found with the click of a button, but not all information is valuable: It should be easy to understand. Otherwise, it would be considered useless.
Our aim is to achieve our mission of making people read and write easily by bringing innovation to both areas.
That's why we made a UX writing Program, “쉽게” (ship-gye, meaning “easy” in Korean). Our first target customer is companies, where most of them produce necessary information in our daily lives.
'ship-gye' helps companies firmly establish their UX writing process and writing styles.
It enables companies to apply their writing styles consistently to all sentences they write and manage their brand voices, such as soft or straightforward.
We are sure that this will solve writing problems that editors and thick guide books haven't solved.
