There are slow letters for one year in Korea. They are found at some tourist spots. If someone writes a letter now, it will be sent after one year. I'd like to send this letter to you for your next birthday. I want to deliver my feelings of now as a birthday present for you.
It has been a few days since I came back to Seoul. Every time I see the pictures with you, it seems to bring tears to my eyes. This is because you gave me a lot of care and love.
The moment I was waiting for you to come back home was precious and happy for me. Waiting for someone I like is happiness. Eating the dinner you prepared with your heart, we talked together every evening. I think the memory is the best thing among the experiences I had in Taipei.
Seeing you who is very energetic, sociable, and entertaining, I learned a lot from you and fell in love with you.
I feel that you have guests in your home with good grace and cordially interact with them - all your family is kind to them. It doesn't matter how much you can communicate with your guests. Even if the conversation sometimes isn't perfect, your heart says everything. I am deeply impressed by that. It's splendid and makes me admire your family.
Especially I appreciate that you spent your whole weekend for me. I know it was a valuable weekend to you as a worker. That was good to go to the mountains I love. Of course, because it was with you.
What is Taiwan for me? Taiwan is you and your family. A travel doesn't go to well-known tourist spots for me. It's to live like just they do and I enjoy having small talk with local people. Plus, to find hidden spots which is like Luzhou Lee's house and the museum of world religions.
I love experiencing everyday life. Eating dinner, walking near home, riding a bicycle, looking around some shops, getting on a bus, talking in the subway, getting in your car, hanging out on weekends, watching Korean dramas, caring for your farm, exercising on the mountain, and eating out in Taiwanese restaurants WITH YOU.
I think happiness is found in common things with the one I like. So I was very happy while I was in your home. Thanks to you, my trip was wonderful and full of fun.
P.S. Could you guess when do I remind of your house?
Answer. When I smell the fabric softener from my cloths that were washed in your washing machine, I am reminded of your cozy home. HAHA :)
