gitbash -> github

1. git 설치> gitbash에서 commit

              중요명령어:  git config --list 입력후 에러발생! 탈출 명령어 exit 

2. git push origin master : 403에러 해결

    유저네임과 암호가 올바르지 않으면 The requested URL returned error: 403 라는 에러가 발생한다.
