얼토피아, 참나의 빛

깨어나라, 두뇌여

에고의 감옥에서.

거짓 나의 굴레와

고통의 그림자

벗어나 빛 속으로

진정한 나의 품으로.

나는 누구인가?

나를 아는 길만이

진리를 향한

유일한 여정이라.

허상을 깨고서

내 안의 참나를 만나라.

나는 자유, 나는 평화.

무한히 펼쳐진 참나의 노래.

모든 번뇌 흘러가고

고요 속에서

나는 영원히 춤추네.

모든 고통의 뿌리는

내 안의 작은 나,

탐욕과 미움, 질투.

생로병사도 나의 작품.

내가 사라질 때만이

모든 고통도 함께 사라진다.

모든 것을 비우고

자아를 내려놓을 때

거짓된 나 죽고

참나가 부활하리라.

분별을 넘어 하나로

모든 세상 품으리.

현재를 살아라.

오직 지금뿐

과거는 사라지고

미래는 오지 않았으니

순간순간 깨어있어

영원을 살아가라.

지금 여기 얼토피아,

참나의 빛으로...

내면을 비추는

자각의 빛 속에서

나는 눈을 뜨고

세상도 밝히리라.

깨어있음 속에서

매 순간 자유를 마시네.

모든 것은 하나요,

두려움 없이 살고

흔들림 없이 춤추며

나는 모든 것이 되고

모든 것은 내가 된다.

나는 영원히 빛나네.

I am

Mind-topia, the Light of True Self.

Awaken, my mind,

From the prison of ego.

Break free from the chains of the false self

And the shadows of pain.

Into the light,

To my true home.

Who am I?

The only path

Towards the truth

Is the journey to know the self.

Shatter the illusion,

Meet the true self within.

I am freedom, I am peace.

A song of the true self, infinitely expanding.

All suffering flows away,

And in the silence,

I dance eternally.

The root of all suffering

Is the small self within,

Greed, hatred, and jealousy.

Birth, old age, sickness, and death are my creations.

Only when I disappear

Does all suffering vanish.

Empty everything,

Lay down the ego.

The false self dies,

And the true self resurrects.

Transcend distinctions, becoming one,

Embracing all the world.

Live the present.

Only now,

The past is gone,

And the future has not come.

Awaken moment by moment,

Living eternity.

In the light of awareness

Illuminating the inner self,

I open my eyes
