성뇌의 길
말초에 머문 하승의 나.
에너지 쾌감을 즐기는 중승의 나.
황홀경에 드는 상승의 나.
마침내 모든 대상과 교감하는
환희체의 성토피아에 이르네.
복뇌의 길
병든 몸에 갇힌 하승의 나.
경안한 에너지로 빛나는 중승의 나.
무중력 빛의 몸이 된 상승의 나.
마침내 구름 위를 걷는 듯
영성체의 몸토피아에 이르네.
심뇌의 길
감정의 노예인 하승의 나.
정돈된 감정의 주인인 중승의 나.
감정을 초월한 상승의 나.
마침내 모든 것이 경이로운
경외심의 맘토피아에 이르네.
두뇌의 길
잡다한 분열의식 하승의 나.
정돈된 통일의식 중승의 나.
통찰의 초월의식 상승의 나.
마침내 모든 것이 하나로 보이는
합일심의 얼토피아에 이르네.
90%는 아직 잠들어 있고
10%는 깨어나 건전한 삶을 살며
0.5%는 도시 속의 신선이 되어
4뇌 통합의 완성에 이르네.

I am
A 4-Brain Practitioner.
I stand upon the fourfold path,
From division to harmony,
From harmony to integration,
From integration to living wisdom—
Ascending the stairs of Four Vehicles and Ten Stages.
The path of the Sex Brain:
I, the Lower Vehicle, trapped in the senses.
I, the Middle Vehicle, delighting in energy's bliss.
I, the Upper Vehicle, entering ecstasy.
At last, communing with all beings,
I arrive at Sex-topia, the realm of rapturous joy.
The path of the Gut Brain:
I, the Lower Vehicle, imprisoned in ailing flesh.
I, the Middle Vehicle, radiant with tranquil energy.
I, the Upper Vehicle, a body of weightless light.
At last, as if walking upon clouds,
I arrive at Body-topia, the realm of spiritual embodiment.
The path of the Heart Brain:
I, the Lower Vehicle, a slave to emotion.
I, the Middle Vehicle, master of ordered feeling.
I, the Upper Vehicle, transcending all sentiment.
At last, where everything becomes wonder,
I arrive at Heart-topia, the realm of awe.
The path of the Head Brain:
I, the Lower Vehicle, lost in fragmented thoughts.
I, the Middle Vehicle, abiding in unified awareness.
I, the Upper Vehicle, seeing with transcendent insight.
At last, where all appears as One,
I arrive at Mind-topia, the realm of non-dual peace.
Ninety percent still slumber,
Ten percent awaken to live in health,
Half a percent become immortals in the city,
Attaining the completion of integrated brains.
From technique to art,
From art to sacred craft,
All dimensions of life evolve through the 4-Brain way.
I am one who enjoys
Four paradises within daily life.
I am one who walks the fourfold path,
Living as a single light.
Unshaken by any circumstance,
A true victor.
Awakening from the slumber of the Lower Vehicle,
Mastering the harmony of the Middle Vehicle,
Attaining the integration of the Upper Vehicle,
Advancing toward the completion of living wisdom—
