나는
몸토피아, 천상의 수레
가벼운 몸은 푸른 날개 되어
천상으로 나를 태워가네.
무거운 몸은 어둠의 짐 되어
끝없는 늪 속으로 날 끌어내리네.
천상의 수레여, 몸토피아여~
복뇌 깊은 곳에 잠든
원시의 별빛을 깨워
운동으로 춤추고, 배를 어루만지고
생명의 음식으로 영혼의 불 밝히네.
천상의 수레여, 몸토피아여~
세포들이 깨어나 노래할 때
막힌 기혈 뚫려
황홀한 에너지가 흐르고
몸은 천상의 수레가 되리.
이제 내 몸과 함께 놀자.
부드러운 손끝으로 만져보고
생명의 리듬 따라 움직이며
몸이라는 성전에 경배하리.
천상의 수레여, 몸토피아여~
그대여, 몸을 영혼처럼 사랑하라.
천상으로 향하는 몸의 향연을 펼치라.
몸이 행복하면 마음이 피어나고
삶이 유토피아가 되리니.
지금 여기, 몸토피아에서
환희로 가득 찬 나를 만나네.
깨어난 몸으로 천상을 달리는
아름다운 수레가 되리라.

복뇌의 지혜와 생명의 기쁨.
내 몸과의 끝없는 놀이 속에서
나의 존재는 춤추며 피어나고
천상의 수레는 높이 오르네.

I am
Bodytopia, Chariot to Heaven.
A body light as air becomes blue wings,
lifting me high into heavenly skies.
A burdened body, heavy and dim,
pulls me down into endless gloom.
Heavenly chariot, Bodytopia—
Deep within the belly-brain,
The ancient starlight slumbers still—
Awakened through dance, caressed by tender hands,
Fed with the sacred food of life,
Heavenly chariot, Bodytopia—
When cells awaken singing hymns,
blocked pathways burst open wide.
Blissful energy starts to flow,
the body becomes a chariot of stars.
Now, let us play with this living flesh,
Touch with tender fingertips,
Move in rhythm with life's pulse,
And worship this temple we call body.
Heavenly chariot, Bodytopia—
O Beloved, cherish your body as your soul,
unfold the body's festival toward heaven.
When your body blooms in happiness,
the heart blossoms, and life turns utopia.
Here, right now, in Bodytopia,
I greet myself drenched in joy.
My awakened body rides the heavens,
transforming into a chariot divine.

Wisdom of the belly-brain, joy of life,
within endless play with my body,
My being blossoms, dancing free,
ascending higher, the chariot divine.

Oh body, pathway to celestial realms,
shining temple where the spirit dwells,
in this moment, awaken with the body.
