The Ten Commandements of Startup

The Ten Commandments of startup are as follows. First, team. From beginning to the end, what matters is a person. In particular, CEO makes decisions on everything. Second, item. The item should relfect the age. Business has to be sustainable. To do that, every item should be connected with the 4th Industrial Revolution. Third, capital. To do a business, someone should eventually have money. However, actually, young people don't have money. So, to make money, they should be supported financially. Fourth, office. They need an office as a resting place. To do that, also, money is needed. Fifth, network of relationship. The network is very important. It is directly connected to growth. Sixth, brand. To grow up sustainably, brand matters. Because as you know, brand-name  products last long. To do a business, someone should focus attention to 'Brand'. This is the actual reason why I have grown up. Seventh, reputation. Reputation lasts long. CEO and his team have to pay attention to their company's image. Their bad reputation can be an invisible enemy. Then, the company will be more likely to crumble gradually.  Eighth, trend. CEO has to be sensitive to the latest trends. When a company is old-fashioned, it will go broke inevitably. So, a company's image has to "wear the hip trend". This matters. So, customers are tempted to visit. Ninth, management. Management is very complex. I have a lot of things to talk about it. Tenth, humanities. Business needs career, academic background and business record. These three are all needed. Because business is neither math nor science. Everything is unpredictable!. So, humanities are very important! The reason for this is because business needs wisdom!
