Our country's 'polarization' is so serious. We're divided into two kinds: low-income, lowly-educated and vulnerable families and the opposite. Most people belong to the former who work in the wet conditions. The government has to provide 'minimal welfare' for them to protect them. What is a good quality job? Companies should provide their employees with a pleasant working environment, high-salaries and full employment. Most of them are big , public and IT companies. Young people want to be employed. However, most of small and medium-sized companies in Korea are finding it hard to follow suit. As you know, it's very hard to run a company. The CEOs of both small stores and large firms are always confronted with a lot of difficulties. But some employees understand that, but some can't. CEOs and their employees should create good quality jobs together.
