I want to talk about job polarization. With digitalizaion getting momentum, we are seeing the ongoing 'tectonic shift' in labor market. I think the job category is dividing into three parts. First, creative planners. Second, hands-on workers. Third, simple workers. Due to AI, the number of simple workers will increase significantly. AI is rapidly replacing human workers. Because of this, unless you have excellent ability, you will have no choice bu to be a delivery man. In the most fiercely competitive delivery market, it is 'easy or difficult' to find delivery workers. However, delivery companies have a record high. Due to covid , the sales of Coupang, Amazon and E-Commerce are on the rise. Meanwhile, the self-employed are going bankrupt. Ultimately, labor polarization is getting worse because of new workers namd 'AI'.
