I think both are needed. Because What we need is knowledge and experience. So, learning how to do a knowledge at school and then experiencing do a business in the field are both necessary. However, I prefer to learn how to do a business in the field. Knowledge is important, but experience is much more important. In particular, it is very important for someone to expereince a lot in his 20s. When I was young, I was so poor. So, I couldn't enter a college immediately. Instead, I  got a job. Looking back, 20 years later, I realized that entering a college immediately and before doing so, experiencing working were both advantages and disadvantages,  I'd like to say that, after graduating from a high school, entering a company is also good. After that, you can enter a college.  Then, one can live a colleage life vey well. Gaining experience can help someone to see things very differently. In conclusion, we should learn knowledge and experience many things!
