In-depth thoughts on youth entrepreneurship

I have a lot of things to talk about that. Before doing a business, young people have to read books because they can see things as much as they know. They lack knowledge , experience and relationship, to name a few. They're apt to challenge when they don't get ready yet. There are two reasons for their failure in their business. First, experience. Business is more complex than they think. It's related to humanities, not to math and science. Math and science are very accurate answers. On the contrary, humanities have no exact answer. Management is just like humanities. So, it is very hard for young people to become successful. Second, knowledge The smarter someone is, the more stubborn he is. I've ever taught smart people before. They didn't listen to my advice. Alabama's founder said that a foolish bird flies far away. This has a very important meaning! I said that it is the same with 'Eun Deung Geun'. Successful people have a lot in common with one another. Ordinary people go 'straight', but successful people go 'curved'. They have great flexibility! This is based on humanities. Humanities are powerful, but expertise has its limit. In doing a business, its direction is very important. Looking back, people in my neighborhood said, "What made me attain all this is the fact that I went in the right direction." In conclusion, The most important things in startup are sincerity, sustainability and spirit! Certainly, young people should remember these three.
