I wanna talk about the discord between the two. Due to covid19, most companies are having difficulty. Not only this, the whole world has fallen into an economic crisis. The same thing is occurring in Korea. Many people have lost jobs. Nevertheless, those who work for companies' complaints are growing. However, employers can't understand this. As Covid19 is getting longer, this discord between employers and empkoyees is mounting. Companies have their in side stories, but their employees can't be rewarded, which is leading to the conflict between the two. Employees must know this. This is not a power game. That is, it's not the question of which came first, the chiceken or the egg. The founders built up their companies with their blood and sweat. which is what their employees should know. Instead, the companies should respect their employees. and communicate with them to deal with things they're faced with. Eventually, Both have to be winners! Rome wasn't built in a day!
