Due to covid-19, the Korean economic situation has got much worse. Because of this, the employment market has changed. Large companies are rarely hiring people, while startup firms are hiring more people. The reason for this is because of an significant increase in labor cost and IT technology's development. So, instead of people, large companies are beginning to use machines. On the other side, because startup firms are cash-strapped, opting for hiring people, instead. In addition, owing to startups' fast growth, they need more workers. So, according to a yesterday's new report, startups announced that they would employ more workers. Maybe, I think that large firms will push ahead with a massive reduction in employment from now on, hugely influenced by covid-19. Startups are in an early stage, so they need a lot of people. However, I'm not sure that they will remain sustainable!
