In Korea, the ongoing presidential election campaign is heating up. There is no policy but the prevailing 'character assassination' in the campiagn. Especially, the focus of this presidential election is now on the 'Daejangdong scandal'. For the last three years, the price of real estate has been soaring during the time of President Moon. So, people in our country are becoming more sensitive to the scandal. I think that the Democratic Party is sticking to 'Popularism', while the Conservative Party is trying to reduce the number of public servants and keep the popularism and 'royal labor unions' in check. Looking back, Korea joined the ranks of developed nations faster than expected, but, unluckily, its politics ranks the third now. About the upcoming presidential election, most people say that there is no one who they can vote for. Let's look at the whole world, there are a lot of nations which have collapsed due to their politics. Due to the global pandemic, we need the 'sound' president who is able to make the economy move again.
