I wanna tell you about relations between big companies and small start-ups. They both have their weaknesses and strengths. Major companies think that start-ups can be helpful to their new businesses. In the past, they made a decision on new businesses within. Currently, we are running 'open innovation' with external accelerators. They get new ideas from this. Second, start-ups. Start-ups wants to get something from major firms. Also, they want their 'strategic partners'. However, this can be advantageous or , sometimes, disadvantageous. From start-ups' perspectives, this is inevitable. Nevertheless, start-ups can be accelerated by major firms. In conclusion, start-up and major firms are 'mixed blessings' to each other!
