Snow days back in Canada

The winter of Canada that lingers in my heart with every season’s frost.

A little snow-covered village, so peaceful it feels like time’s taking a break. The rooftops are tucked under fluffy white blankets, and the quiet streets look like they’re waiting for someone to leave gentle footprints. Stepping outside, there’s that familiar sight of cars buried under thick layers of snow, like they’ve been hibernating through the storm. It’s cozy and calm, the kind of place that makes you forget the rush of the world for a while.

I walked to a nearby park, and the sight of snow piled high on the big trees, glowing under the sunset, was so beautiful I couldn’t help but stop and take it all in. Living in the west where snow rarely falls, it’s a scene I find myself missing even more.
