Paying More Corporate tax: a Way That Makes People Comfortable
A multinational company heard news about paying more taxes. At first, they disagreed but the government persuaded to pay more so they did. The company’s payment made a hospital, library, and more community places. Corporate tax is a tax that companies pay on the money they earn. So they did but there is a controversy between companies about paying more taxes. Big corporations should pay more corporate taxes to support public services because it promotes for the social welfare and it stabilizes economy.
To begin with, big corporations should pay more taxes to support public services because it fosters social welfare. If big corporations pay more taxes, it is easier to build schools, hospitals, roads and other public facilities. If they build it, people can use the place for their convenience. Also, even disadvantaged people can use it then more people get a chance to live a better life. With better health and education can establish socially responsible community. Plus, if they got good education in schools, they can go college well and live a happy life.
In addition, big corporations should pay more taxes to support public services because it stabilizes economy. To make public services, it needs too much money to spend for the village. But if the corporation gives more taxes to the government, the town needs to spend a little money. Plus, the town can use the saved money for other important things such as helping poor families or renovate old and decaying buildings. Also, more people will be healthy and smart because of good hospitals and schools and if they get good care, they can get better jobs later. However, some people say that corporations should not pay more taxes because they already give jobs to many people. But if companies do not help, the town will not have enough money for public services. In Scandinavian countries like Denmark and Sweden have demonstrated that higher corporate tax revenues can support robust public services. In 2021, Denmark and Sweden raised 3.7% and 3.0%of their GDP from corporate income taxes. If this continues, the town will grow stronger, and the economy of the town gets stabilized.
In conclusion, big corporations should pay more taxes to support public services because it supports for the society and it stabilizes economy. By using public services, citizens could buy products of the company and the corporation gives more taxes the town needs to spend less money to make public services. Big corporation’s payment made people’s life became more comfortable. The country will get better and develop if they pay more taxes.
