Affected badly from Western World
Professor, Darren Athmoglou and James Robionson published a book, titled Why Nations Fail , in 2013. It is such a popular volume to explain how many countries to succeed and fail in the globe, which uses the concept of inclusiveness in respect to politic and economy.
I thought, actually, it could be used that concept is possibly replaced the notion of tolerance because, immediately, some of top scholars already suggested to utilize. Most of all, I accidentally caught up this issue to realize that it has been used to explain the reasons for socio-economic development of a particular society and to further mention the rise and fall of the nation into history. So, it's not hard to understand what it means in a book, already presented.
Into a book, we can read the Korean Peninsula which has been seperated South and North based on the ideology, in 1940s, the era of Cold War, the adoption of an ideology-based political system was destined to be determined by Western forces, at least on the Korean Peninsula. Because Korea was unfortunately independent by Imperial Japan, that was why Imperial Japan had to be surrendered to the US in Second World War. After that, United States and Soviet Union were forced to enter the peninsula, and soon the dawn of the division of the two Koreas was set.
Later, South Korea was fastly developed , so called Miracle of Han River, into the world history, in beginning era after be independent, South Korea was much poorer than the North but, since than, the country's economic policy has grown at a rapid pace with its success. Even, we know, South Korea was in dictatorship in 1970s when Korea began to develop its economy, that is, based on the inclusiveness leand on the highly knowledgeable, Korea took non-inclusiveness political system and inclusiveness economic one. The author added Korea's example is a medium to be well developed.
Unfortunately, other CAP countries has been suffering in dictator, that is the biggest issue why most of ODA should be failed in that area. However, those of countries, which had been rapidly independent by the western rule, concerned experiencing the great confusion between pre-modern and post-modern governance. Eventually, most of states have experienced by west did not find out the system in conformity with the circumstances of each country. Many African nations are torturing from the enormous exploitation of their terrible dictators, which has not only lost momentum for national development but, by extension, failed to escape from the poorest organization. In other words, it is undeniable that the forced takeover the West, often referred to as colonial rule, has lost power of country and led to a worse situation.
The West, on the other hand, has achieved tremendous growth with resources that have taken the lead in the world, and is even waging a human rights campaign in the absence of desire to take charge of everything in the global community. This is the maximum contradiction of what the West has done before, and furthermore, it has taken away opportunities from other countries. Western societies calls for tolerance, human rights, as if it were the right answer, and many states that admire the West more than they need to are still chasing only the west.
As a result, they lost their self-esteem and followed only the West, leaving them to become socio-culturally dependent as well as on the economy. Of course, seeing the British and French revolutions in the West's embrace led to the fall of the aristocratic society and the emergence of popular-led politics, which paved the way for the introduction of advanced countries, but there has been no law in international society, but it is certainly true that it has achieved economic development by trashing global community violently.
In sum, it should be said that the West didn't take advantage of inculsive political system and the inclusive economic system, however rather adopted an inclusive political one and an exploitative eoconomic one. Given that South Korea took the opposite concept of the West during its economic development, the developement of the Eastern Society, which are represented by Korea and China, and Western and Japanese had different inclusive governance in the political and economic sectors in each. It was not complete that this, the West, has maintained its exploitative drive to the tolerance of protecting its own people.
